Intake: 7/1/2014
Breakfast:
balisto muesli bar (I didn't have time to make breakfast because I had to be at the library at 7.15am, so I had a small breakfast there)
Lunch:
quinoa with turkey and broccoli
Dinner:
2 brown bread rolls with smoked salmon
Snacks:
1oz almonds
My boyfriend came back to uni today! So we snuggled up and had some chips (oops!, only just a few though)
