Nano day 2 is really my day huh I’m at 5k and I don’t think I’m stopping. To be fair though I’m doing a rewrite if nearly 26k worth of content so I’m slightly cheating bc the material is there but I will say, rewriting what I have feels so bad. I was so much less satified with it than I was now and it feels so good to have the nuance I want in the work that I didnt have before.

Preptober!

I just finished, for the first time EVER, outlining part one of my novel, which is insane. I’ve never been able to sit down and really decide clearly from start to beginning what part one (or any of the parts would entail). I decided a bit ago that there would be four parts and I have a very rough idea of what parts two through four entail and a great idea of what part one has in store but now part one is very concrete and I’ve also been able to identify what little details I wanna inlay in part one that help make other actions and twists foreseeable.

Part One is titled “The Victors Humble Beginnings” and is 11 chapters and so far has a word count of about 21k words and seven/eleven chapters written.

How is preptober going for you?
