Today, april 11th, if the day Gen. Choi Hong Hi founded Taekwon-do. Today it is 60 years ago. 

Taekwon-do is made up mostly two different types of 1000 year old matial arts, as Tae Kyon and Soo Bak. It is a great way to both train mentally and physically.
