They easily feel offended and hurt as a result of past negative experiences. History has taught them to be jealous, which is rooted in their fear of abandonment, so they might cling to relationships to the point of turning people away. At the same time, they envy people whom they consider free spirits.They might be ‘difficult to love’ because of their inability to open up and be their true selves. It’s hard for these people to settle down and be whole as they can only feel complete through another person.

MT doesn't think of you much. He thinks you're a "decent friend". He sees you like a little sibling. He thinks you still have "a lot to learn" and he is willing to give you advice when needed.
