#breakfast #Itriedtho my 1st attempt at making a quinoa breakfast bowl. Meh, it was okay. Think I put a lil too much honey. I cooked 1 cup of quinoa with 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk, chopped dates, dash of nutmeg & cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla flavoring, peaches & mixed berries. They say abs are made in the kitchen so I'm experimenting more with expanding my clean eating habits. Working harder at being #40andfit 😍😎
