Fic Updates Going Forward
Until further notice, I’m putting The Weight of Living on hiatus. Trolling comments and malicious remarks (deleted, mind you) have gotten to the point where I don’t want to deal with them, right now.
I don’t know if the other fics will update consistently. I don’t know if anything will be updated for a bit. I’ll do my best. Things are hard, and scary, and while I would like to be a beacon of light during the darkness, the truth if that I’m terrified. I’m immuno-compromised. I have parents who go out regularly. My girlfriend works in food service and also is high risk.
The stores are empty. The streets are dangerous. Things are going to shit.
And writing, as much as I would love it to be my escape, isn’t coming to me right now. I’m playing games, reading books, watching anime. That’s about all I can manage. Creating is hard when you don’t know the sort of world you’re putting your heart out into. And considering this comes on top of malicious and awful comments, trolling remarks, and other nasty, horrible things, I just.
I’ll do what I can but honestly I just want to sleep until this is over.
