Viserys is such a girl!dad and Otto knows just how to manipulate him.
Imagine the hand telling his daughter to name Aegon’s twin after the late queen. The cute cherubic princess that is taught to be attached to the king and have him wrapped her finger. Platonically or romantically the king is obsessed with princess Aemma and he spoils her greatly. Perhaps going as far to name her queen since his precious princess desperately wishes to be a queen like her mommy and namesake.

She is what Otto wanted Alicent to be ; but the Queen is too soft around the edges and believes in forgiveness. Not her daughter though. No, she wants to be Queen and not even because of the whispers Otto gives her about her sister not fit...no, she just wants it.
