Soup recipe idea

[ ] cut accordingly and cook on low for an hour [ ] 1 tsp salt [ ] ½ onion [ ] ½ yellow pepper [ ] ½ chili pepper [ ] 8 cups water [ ] 4 ounces vegetable/ olive oil [ ] ½ tomato [ ] 1 can of round baby potatos [ ] half a head of garlic or the whole head i think thats a whole cup idk [ ] 1 can of carrots [ ] ½ celery stock and or celery salt [ ] crushed bay leaf [ ] crushed safron [ ] crushed oregano / or not it might clash  [ ] crushed parsley [ ] choice of black beans, kidney beans, soy beans, spinach, red beans please critique this or tell me what would be a better choice if you do happen to try it out
