i mean, their shirts have to cover shoulders, back, stomach and most of the chest. people would frown and disapprove is their bra strap is just peeking out from the shoulder.
whilst, in denmark, having a tank top where it's basically the only thing and then a bra, and the entire side and back is open is quite normal here. well, it's commonly accepted.
