Eileen/Gascoigne - solace
The girl is a pretty one: blond hair and blue eyes, and a sweet, handsome face. But she’s...
“She’s rather small, isn’t she?” Eileen states in her usual frank matter. “Are you certain?”
Gascoigne doesn’t answer, doesn’t seem to hear her at all until Henryk’s elbow finds his side. The man flinches like a startled cat. “Huh?” he grumbles, confused.
In the background, Miss Viola Spencer finishes sweeping the porch of her small tidy house and disappears inside. Then, and only then, Frederik’s attention returns to his friends.
“What did you say?” He asks.
Henryk rolls his eyes and Eileen wants to throw her hands up in the air out of sheer exasperation, but she stops herself at the last moment. It is far from her to take that first shred of real solace found in Yharnam from her companion.
