Another biweekly check-up and another handcuffing of Doctor Abel Gideon to the gurney in the infirmary. The inmate had been behaving lately. Outside pressures had kept Chilton’s influence minimal, thus Abel’s mood had greatly improved.
Until he got some questions from staff one day about an incident involving another inmate. It involved the showers and an eighteen year old girl.
Gideon was livid. Nothing happened and he told them so. Rumors were spreading.
His anger was still roiling the next day and he chose to do something about it. Dislocating his thumb he slipped of his restraints and snuck away as the on duty nurse had to deal with another pair of inmates that had fight wounds.
Finding Coralie wasn’t difficult. By now Abel had detected her patterns, as well has using knowledge in what she told him her schedule was like. Finding her tucked away near some vending machines, the much older inmate crouched like a tiger as he loomed over her. “What did you tell them?” he slowly asked, voice seething.
