do u think the greens still would've tried to crown aegon if viserys had given the throne to rhaenyra before his death?

Considering that one of the motivating factors for the green council was Rhaenyra aligning herself with Daemon in the book, and she's already allied with him at this point in the show, yeah I think the greens would've fought to install Aegon. While Rhaenyra doesn't seem to want to kill Alicent's kids, Daemon has no qualms about killing for power. So the only options for the greens would be war or exile. Or I suppose they could "pray for her mercy," in Otto's words, but mercy seems unlikely given that the cold war has already begun.

I did not watch the finale because I LOVE myself, but I’m on twitter & I read a summary and honestly .. . she couldn’t have done a WORSE job SHDJGKLDG . ian can’t act for shit, the usage of my fav band’s music got me Pissedt™ , it was rushed & sloppy , stefan deserved better , ELENA deserved better , what kind of closure was that? i’m happy steffy got to spend an eternity with his best friend, but other than that? even the klaroline part was Too Much™ and … just , a MESS .
