An hour ago I thought that I would sleep tonight. I think I'll just lay here until the night sky turns into the dimly lit cloudy morning and then even longer still. I feel drained and I feel incapable. Four weeks ago I couldn't feel any better and now everything is falling apart, I'm falling apart. Please don't leave me here. But if you do, I wish to rot. I wish to fester in the depths of my error until it eats away at all that I am, until it leaves remnants of me that cannot even be distinguished as human. Maybe then, I will understand where I go wrong, but even more so, then it is that I will be be able to pick myself up, once I have exceeded all options. Once the only way to go is up, I'll simply have no choice.
And when the light begins to fade, the glowing sun sinks out of sight.
Despite the tears and gripping fears, I know that things will be alright.
