What is PMDD? I've never heard of it before...
Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder. basically it means that like two weeks before I get my period I get really bad symptoms that are almost like the symptoms associated with depression. My anxiety gets especially bad. plus there's bloating, sore joints, etc.
