Um.... maybe I am just reading into it... and maybe I don't follow Sleep Token as closely as others, ie knowing the tattoos under the body paint, body types blah blah blah.... but um... from this review... why does this musical experience mirror everything Sleep Token as done? The rituals? The offerings? The gods? The lyrics having multiple meanings and being a form of worship... Vessel being addicted to the stage and yet being trapped on stage?
Now, I don't think Joey is Vessel... Joey's voice is too recognizable. But what if he is one of the other ones? He is multi-talented in many instruments... and The Amazing Devil's have taken a backseat... and we hardly hear from Joey... besides The Witcher... what if it's cuz he is in Sleep Token...
I also don't follow Joey too closely... idk if he is showing his face at premieres or events... or if he is working on something other than The Witcher... or that TAD album that was announced a year ago... but could it be possible?
Am I crazy? Is it all just a weird, relatable coincidence that Joey and Sleep Token have had the same gripes about fans? Or is there something to this?
I have never seen them in the same room, so... lolz...
