Day 5 of 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts is with Cardio Fix Extreme. I tried this workout for the first time today and despite frequently pausing the video between sets to die a little and modifying some moves, I still thought I was going to throw up during the cooldown but I love the challenge! When I measured my heart rate, I was easily up to 180! My nutrition was spot on today. I kept it very simple and it worked! Then I completed Day 6 of 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts is with Dirty 30 Extreme. This workout was awesome! I was already warm up from cardio so I was able to push myself during Dirty 30. I love the moves in it. #itsnotoveruntilIwin The #summerslamwiththebeast workout that I completed was Bulk: Arms. I love this workout as it gives me a great pump. I went up to 35 lbs on Hammer Curl during the last set and 40 lbs for the last reps of Hammer Curls. This is the highest I’ve ever gone and could had likely gone slightly higher!! Finally I did the Plank Challenge. I’m not sure why this is such a battle for me but I have everything I had to failure. #inittowinit I completed Lucky 7 with Wall Sits with Curls. I am glad that I spaced these workouts throughout the day because this one was a challenge but I love it.
