For so long I had been focusing do much on my body and mind. Investing in their transformation and the deep need for change. The way I was living prior to making taking care of myself was unhealthy to say the least, and was leading me down a very dark path with a very limiting future. I chose to take control and get off that path and take the dirt road of a journey towards truly healing and knowing myself. I committed to much to this that I didn't realize that a key part of the ideal & required balance was missing. And that's the investment in healing and knowing my spirit. So I went to town on giving that the attention and time it needs. Butit appears I still have alot to learn about balance, because in investing in my spirit I have begin to let me physical health stop being a priority & therefore my mind has become effected too. So I share this for accountability and in effort of removing this pressure I lay on myself to have it all figured out "perfectly" - seriously the term perfect is such an ugly word. But that's a topic for another day. So tomorrow is the beginning of getting intentional and creating conscious balance, healthy habits and my ideal lifestyle. Taking care of myself - mind. Body.
