So my ‘best friend’ is being a prick again and after saying all his previous feelings were gone and forgotten (6month sulk and continual random verbal punishments) he has started another argument and well he wants me to apologise to him for ‘breaking his heart’. I never realised that being friends with a guy who liked you meant you had to sleep with them out of gratitude for their friendship. I honestly can’t see a future regarding our friendship. I and my depression and wine are done.
Sorry this may be triggering to some but this is how I am feeling. Sorry if I upset anyone.
I can feel myself slipping into old bad habits again. I can feel myself craving things I know I shouldn't. Feeling the control slipping away from me. I can feel the haziness under my thoughts allowing me only to see till the next day and when I can be next sleeping. I want to drink myself into oblivion and take so many pills I can't see straight before throwing up, I want to cut till I feel. I want to be alone but I don't. I just want to feel like when I smile the smile reaches my eyes, when I am happy I'm not faking most of it and when I say 'I love you' that I am not saying it desperate to hear it said back to me I define my worth. I just want to stop turning back into this person, I want to stay that girl I am usually and I worked to find again. The cliche words 'I can feel myself going bad again' seem to becoming my being.
He asked me if I wanted to go the whole way today and when I said I wasn't ready he said okay and didn't get mad, didn't push for more. I'm not sure how lucky I could possibly be.
