9.5 miles in today
2.25 mile warm up with 7.25 miles on a very hilly/rolling course (7:53/avg).
November’s half may not be what I want but it should be a step in the right direction for Spring race season.
Also, today is Day 15 of no dairy and no alcohol. My eyes are set on 1 month and then I’ll reassess if I want to continue the “detox” or not.
