Mirai noticing this cat has got so many physical and behavioral features in common with their beloved Kichō.

"Neh, Neko-San, you should meet Kichō. He's a friend of my parents and he knows how to play piano very well, just like you tried doing before in the living room, and...Bla bla bla."

And then, there's Yang who, in this river of words, can't help but only think:

" Who knows if Kichō will ever come back..."

Oh Anon, am I ready to bless them in the first place? Am I? Am I?

Yes, I am. I mean, Yang will have to go through a lot before managing to please and satisfy his heart, and I can’t deny he will have been a depressed wreck for ages, hiding it from everyone (Makoto and Itsuki know well that, though, even if he keeps it as a secret), but someday he will get what he wants, because, really, he needs love. Naomi will make him even more depressed in the soul because of her tendency to find new boyfriends easily, but the fact is that she will end up admitting they have a lot of common, although she would like him to be another kind of person. LOL at them finding true love when they’re 35/36 year old. A big LOL.

As far as concerns the kids...Am I ready to bless them? Am I?

I don’t really know how to name them, honestly, but maybe the girl would be caled Mirai (finally, Jen, finally), while the boy...Boooooh! Maybe Toshiō, because ,while Jen will get a nephew, who’s called Mirai, so his favourite name ever, Takato will get the younger one with a name that starts by “T” just like him and his father.

Itsuki and Makoto can’t be happier about the fact their children love Yang so much, hoping they will help him find a bit of joy in his life (XD). Therefore, when he’s in Tokyo, they won’t hesitate and push him to take the children to somewhere and play baseball. Moreover, it has become a certainty for me that Toshiō will be the only person Yang will allow to touch his model planes and play with them, and that he will be that kind of kid who will want to do everything Yang does, like, for example, playing baseball itself. Jen will never understand why they are so in love with that scoundrel, and why he and Ruki will often find themselves taking care of the cat he has given them, when Itsuki and Makoto are abroad (busy parents ahaha). Terriermon will be the one that will deal with the furry friend.

NOW that is what a perfect alternate reality is like and I really love Yang staying single, but still wishing Aoki. AND THE MAKOITSU KIDS surely love their single uncle who pilots planes. So, Yang would not be a depressed wreck if Aoki comes into the picture? Also she has got such beautiful hair. I love this reality for your children, Zura San

Anon, I’m laughing so much you have no idea! Yang is really a depressed wreck, I agree with you, and he would keep on being like that in every alternated reality you could ever imagine XD. However, his crush on Aoki, which he would admit to himself unlike the one on Itsuki, would push him to change, because he would care about being somebody to her a lot. Moreover, she isn’t a Tear Jumper, so he would dare to let himself believe he might be seen as a cool person by her (but he would always get compliments by Kou and not by her, because Kou is such an excited boy).Unfortunately for him, smiling and being a plainspoken guy doesn’t work with others too much…-Yang, noticing Aoki is holdind a pack: “Is that present for me?”Aoki: “No, it isn’t.”Yang: “Why not?”Aoki: “Why should I buy you a present?”Yang: “Maybe because I’ve been playing piano for your songs since the beginning of the school year?”*She walks away, because she can’t stand him XD*-And yes! The kids would love him a lot -although lots of people think he’s dull-: he would be the family uncle who would tell them about excting travelling stories (pilots’ journeys, of course, he’s Yang, after all), and would teach them how to treat cats; at some point he would give them one, why not😂. What a pity the kids would see him not as much as they want.

Like always, my sweet Asinelly, I can’t draw, but you push me to do so because you all are such big cinnamorolls. Therefore, I’ll draw a family moment, in which Itsuki and Toshiō are enjoying their walk (Itsuki will stay a child inside forever XD), while Makoto isn’t having fun, because Mirai is starting making a fuss about how much she wants Daddy to put her on his shoulders like Mommy is doing. If Makoto doesn’t want to do something, he won’t; there’s nothing to do.

Mirai loves wearing ribbons just like Itsuki, so she would be happy, if you gave her a ribbon as a present. Itsuki would scold Makoto a lot, since he would choose to buy the worst ribbons she has ever seen.

“I will never understand girly stuff. I’ll buy her a stuffed toy, instead!”

And yes! Toshiō is as chubby as his father, even though Mirai would be like that too. He would be a little puffy Jen XD, but, ehy, don’t try pinching his cheeks like some people do: he could bite your hand, I’m not joking. Remember this kid is Makoto’s son and has got Ruki has grandmother, so be careful ahhahah.

As far as concerns Yang, I agree with you a lot. Even though he would struggle to figure that, because he isn’t used to being loved or loving someone, he would slowly realize that, I’m sure. Itsuki and Makoto would be so concerned about his life, because, like I said before, his heart would go through a lot. Therefore, they would also commit themselves to make him understand they are his family and they’ll also be by his side when he needs to cheer up or feels lonely.

He would struggle to understand why those kids love him so much, but after a while he wouldn’t mind or worry about it at all. He would stop being concerned about how to love or how to be loved. The answer would appear before his eyes: there are no questions or real answers about love: you have to love and never stop doing that.

After all, how would he be able not to smile at the sight of the kids playing baseball with him or of Toshio playing with his planes and rescuing cats just like he used to do when he was younger (Makoto will curse him, though).

PSA: He would also laugh a lot at the sound of the kids calling him “Kichō”, which means first pilot in command. Ahaha, he would feel a bit proud of himself.

I would be tempted to reply "no", because Jen generally doesn't want Itsuki to get married, but something tells me Jen grows to believe Makoto has become a very responsible person as an adult....So, yes, Anon, he would prefer him to the unreliable scoundrel Yang is.

It's not like Yang likes children, but ,somehow, children manage to create a wonderful relationship with him, because they are drawn by his stories and calm personality, even though they also try persuading him to be more cheerful than usual; I mean, just think about an Itsuyang child, who have inheritated their hyperactive attutude from Itsuki...Poor Yang.

I dare to say he has got a paternal instinct (less strong than Makoto's ) that will surely make him affectionated to the children he gets close to.

As far as concerns Mirai and Toshiō, well, they are in love with him without a real reason, and, consequently, he loves them with all his will and would do everything for them, even if he will realize that not so soon.

I'm in trouble! I had already troubles bout shipping Makoto x Itsuki or Yang x Itsuki, but noe you've added Naomi to the picture, and I'm like she is Yang's perfect wife! So, let's take the second route with Makoto x Itsuki. I can't! You should give them two wives each, really

Oh, don't worry, Anon. You can ship everything you want, because I will never say "Itsuki ends up with...", "Makoto ends up with..." etc... Every ship has got a future (I mean, we're in "Digimon" and parallel/alternative dimensions are the order of the day XD. Here, reason doesn't rule anything). I mean, nothing tells you Itsuki can't end up with dork Daiki too. Everything is possible😂, I don't care ahahahha.

If you take the Makoto x Itsuki's route, and you're referring to the whole awkward Uncle Yang matter, then, let me tell you it's the worst future for Yang (I really wouldn't say "worst" tho) but still...I would leave it open-ended and make you just imagine😂.
