hey yoooo I watched like the first half of the first season of SAO and i couldn't keep watching but a friend of mine tells me it gets good again after a few more eps? like is that true and if not can you recommend a good anime? i'm trying to get into watching again since i'm going to a con next month but idk where to start there's so much! pls and thank you <3

it might! first half of season had a good ending (around episode 14), altho i found the pacing to be really slow to get there (and the show just felt underutilized as a whole)

i honestly HATED the second half haha it completely undoes all the good the first one did and i will loudly yell about it until i die
