Information Booth || Wendy and Eugene
When Eugene had first gone off to train as a guard, he never expected this. The streets were filled with oddly-clothed people, ranging from risque to puritan. The city of Corona was famed for its welcoming community, and bright disposition. Today was much like any other festival, save for the strangeness of it. All the other kingdoms, realms and otherwise had been invited.
He expected grand battles, chases through the city and saving damsels left and right (with one particular damsel the focus). Instead, here Eugene was, standing by a booth. He was required to point people this way and that, as if he was a map. Or a wooden sign, engraved with directions. He was the background face in a ground of irregulars.
Even as a girl approached him, as unfamiliar as all the other faces, he couldn't help but smile. While Eugene wanted more, he wouldn't shirk his duties. Not without good reason.
