@tkvw12 and I were saddened today to learn that the valley lost a wonderful treasure this year. For 19yrs this private resident (a hollywood talent) created a #Halloweenspectacle in his front yard. This year a long time neighborhood ruined it for all, demanding the city make so much red tape and expense for this amazing gift.
