he gets SO incredibly jealous. When he challenges you jokingly at first, and you keep winning against him..
His pride is on the line here, okay?
you win a match of TCG against his amazing deck? That's fine, he can always challenge you for another round
but when you keep on winning and winning, he gets more and more desperate with each passing round
okay, screw TCG. How about a beetle fight? He's sure to win this, no doubt about it!
...what do you mean he lost again?
he's heartbroken. Will fall to the ground in disbelief. Have the gods truly forsaken him now?
a little drama queen about it, but it wouldn't be the Itto you know and love if he wouldn't act like this
still, you do feel a bit bad about it. To the point where you decide to only do the bare minimum and let him win against you, so he'll cheer up again
when he does win, his spirit is back up again immediately, bloating about his superior victory for the rest of the day. Like, seriously, he won't shut up about it anymore
unless someone were to mention all his previous losses, then he's back to sulking again
however, the next day, all is forgiven and forgotten again
Cyno
one night, after dinner, he was talking about his new deck in TCG when you decided to ask him if he could teach you how to play
immediate sparkles in his eyes as he gets all excited and pulls out a new set of cards for you. He's been waiting for this day to come!
takes his time to explain the rules to you and helps you build your deck. If you ask him questions, he answeres them paitently
then comes the time for your first duel. Even though you are his partner and it's your first ever match, he doesn't plan to go easy on you. Well, maybe a bit, but he still will take this match very seriously
But when you end up winning against him, he's dumbfounded. How did you manage to do that?
He'd quietly mumble something about beginners luck, then challenges you to a rematch. This time, he plans to go all out
...and he looses again
now thourougly confused, he's looking at his cards like he might find the answer in them, while you are laughing your ass off. Your stomach hurts from all the laughing, but you can't calm down. Cyno's just so cute when he looks so shaken up
it's a mystery to him, how you could win against him, despite him having the better cards, the better deck and obviously having more expierence playing the game
in the end, he does swallow down his pride and congratulates you to your win, though he will work his deck over and challenge you again at a later point in time
Zhongli
as an adventurer, it is unavoidable that people get injured every now and then. It's just a risk that comes with the profession
and yet, Zhongli has never seen an injury on you more severe than a cut and maybe some darker bruises
don't get him wrong, he's glad that you're not getting hurt all the time. It's just that your stories and the results don't match up most of the time
"And get this. Then, a huge rockfall comes falling down in our direction! Can you imagine that?" "Darling, that's very serious. How did you manage to avoid that?" "I don't know. Guess I just got lucky. I only got hit my a small one on the head, but it wasn't even big enoug to give me a concussion, so all's good!"
"I almost fell down a cliff today!", "A group of Ruin hunters attacked us today!", "We got locked in a cave, but luckily, they were connected to other caves, so we got out no problem."
almost every other day, you come home with a similar story and every time, Zhongli questions just how much luck one single human can possess to come out mostly unharmed every single time
still, every time you set out for work, he can't help but worry about you. What if one day, your luck runs out on you? You reassure him that you're careful, but it does little to appease his mind when you come home with yet another tale to tell...
Kaveh
Kaveh isn't one for gambling, never has been and never will be. Though, he knows that you like to induldge from time to time, so when you invite him to come along with you, he agrees
and then he witnesses you winning each and every game you partake in. Doesn't matter how rigged the games might be, you make it look so simple
with a huge grin on your lips, your arms raise into the air as you declare your victory one again, and he's left dumbfounded
when he catches a quiet moment, he can't help but ask you about it
"I don't know. I just always had really good luck when it comes to those type of games.", would be your nonchalant explanaition
now he gets why you don't go out to play more often. You'd get banned from every single location if you were to do this regularely
Going home from a place like this with such a massive win.. he's too stunned to speak, but nonetheless very impressed and proud of you for it

especially when you were sitting next to him, not overtly staring at him
he’s not crossed with you, at all. this is something you two do a lot, just without the staring and oogling
but the more you stare at him, the more he will get flustered
gorou paused and looked at you, finding it now unbearable to continue his paperwork when you stared so intently
he asks you if there’s something on his face, because there can’t be any other reason why you’re looking at him like that
when you smile and just say you’re curious about his ears, gorou swears he’s going to die right there
gorou is brought back from the dead (luckily) when you ask to touch them
he shyly nods and looks down, giving you better access to touch his ears
they are incredibly soft. and fluffy. so fluffy. why the hell are they so fluffy?
gorou is shocked with your sudden fascination, but secretly doesn’t mind it
he tries to go back to work as you’re feeling his ears, but it’s at that moment that you decide to scratch them
he will just melt into your touch and forget about work
"Hm? Why'd you stop? Oh. Don't worry about that, I can finish that later. Now, I believe you were in the middle of scratching right behind my ears."

ganyu has no idea why you've been staring at her
maybe there was something on her face? or perhaps in her hair?
but when she sneaked off to the bathroom to check, she saw nothing
she comes back in the room with a flustered look on her face as she asks why you're looking at her like that
ganyu is quite surprised when you turn shy and mumble something about how pretty her horns look
she certainly didn't know why in all of teyvat you were suddenly interested in her horns
you two have been dating for awhile now, surely you must have noticed them by now
ganyu pushes away those thoughts, she knew you better than that. it was probably just a random realization for you.
she offered to let you touch them, and ganyu swears she has never seen you so excited
ganyu is a little nervous to let this happen, as when she first arrived in liyue there was a lot of unwanted attention and touching of her horns
but your her partner! she trusts you!
her horns are hard and rough, and she has no reaction when you touch them
if you scratch at the base of them, right near ganyu’s scalp, she’ll be incredibly flustered as she leans into your touch
however, if you grip onto them tightly to steer her into a kiss... ganyu will be even more flustered
“I’m fine, your actions just caught me off guard... that’s all. I found it quite enjoyable, actually. Could we do it again?”
you and yanfei enjoy cuddling with each other, especially when she’s doing some boring paperwork
usually she would sitting in your lap as she diligently read through flawed contract after flawed contract
occasionally, she’ll scoff and make you look at something she just read
you find it quite entertaining and cute when she gets all worked up about this stuff, as she usually goes into an angry rant
and when yanfei is quiet, you just enjoy the shared silence with her
while she works, your attention quickly drifts away from the text yanfei reads to her lovely horns
you always thought they were cute, even when you two weren’t together
they aren’t very noticeable, especially when yanfei brings no attention to them
whether that’s out of genuine forgetfulness or shame, you have no idea
as she sits in your lap, curiosity gets the best of you.
you gently murmur the idea to yanfei, and her only response is a distracted hum as she scribbles down some notes
carefully, your fingers graze over her horns
she doesn’t shudder, relax into your touch, or anything. yanfei’s expression is completely neutral, and her body doesn’t seem to give any signs of discomfort
her horns are nice to feel, they serve as a nice distraction for you
...and then you begin to excessively comment on how cute they are, yanfei is now distracted mission accomplished
suddenly her work becomes more difficult to complete as she’s left a flustered mess in your lap as you continue to stroke her horns
“Do you always have to fluster me while I’m working? Oh, stop it, I’m turning red! They’re not that cute!”
everyone noticed itto’s horns
it was a trait that made him stand out from the crowds
before you two dated, you found your gaze focused on his horns often
they look so sharp, despite being on the head of such a gentle giant
and that crimson color? absolutely beautiful.
but did you ever say that to him? nope
you could only image the ego boost itto would get if you made a compliment about his horns, let alone touch them
so, you were content with just gazing at those crimson red horns whenever itto wasn’t looking
until he caught you red handed with a look of awe plastered across your face
at first, he was genuinely confused.
was there something on his horns? *gasp* did one break off without him knowing? (is his pain tolerance that strong?)
one horn check later, itto was glad to know that he had both of his horns intact dumbass
itto looks over to you, and is surprised to see that you’re looking every where but him
he tries to get your attention and repeatedly asks why you were staring
soon the concern in his voice gets to be to much and you just blurt out you were wondering what his horns felt like
without much hesitation, itto crouches down so you can easily touch his horns (even if the size difference between you two isn’t that big)
itto’s horns are pointy, but very smooth. you half expected there to be some small chips on them, but itto had made sure to keep his horns in excellent condition
you let a compliment slip out as you touch how handsome he looked, and you couldn’t help but notice the way itto leaned up into your touch
"What? I like compliments too, y’know! Now, please tell me more about how nice my horns look. No, it won’t go to my head... too much.”

It was your usual hangout day with Itto and his gang, but you were bored
You guys weren't doing anything interesting or fun, just sitting around, playing cards
well.. Kuki may be entirely satisfied that the boys were keeping low on their shenanigans, but you were bored out of your mind. Your boyfriend wasn't really paying attention to you, too invested in his stupid card game
somewhere along the way, you decided to lay your head in his lap, hoping to garner some attention this way
when that also didn't work, you started to play with his hair to get a rise out of him, but that also failed. He did enjoy your touch, but ulimately, it wasn't enough to distract him
that was, until an idea formed in your head. True, it may sound like a stupid one, but your boyfriend was also known to not exactly be of the brightest sort
so, with feigned shock, you suddenly gasp as you pluck one of his hair out of his head, the sudden exclamation finally getting Itto's attention
"What? What's wrong, babe?"
"Itto.. I think you're getting old.. Look, your hair is going white!"
You play your part good, but it obviously was a pretty stupid prank to pull on him. Everyone caught onto it the moment you spoke it out loud. Well.. everyone, except..
"WHAT? ARE YOU SERIOUS?"
Itto practically jumped up, panic written all over his face
"This can't be! Not my hair!"
You look at him, puzzled, confused that this stupid joke actually worked on him. You looked to the other gang members, but they only sigh and shake their heads
When Itto finally got in front of a mirror, you could almost see the gears turning in his head.. it took him a solid minute until he realized it, too
"(NAME)!!", he screamed and now you couldn't hold back your laughter
Kaveh
For a man, Kaveh was overly focused on his physical appearances
he always made sure to stay relatively on top with his choice of clothes and his hair is always well taken care of
and while that might sound like someone who would be overly arrogant, Kaveh was not like that at all
he just really cared about what he looked like, always wanting to "Impress", if you can call it that
so, one day, you thought about a little prank. You didn't think anything bad of it, it was just a harmless joke...right?
well... one time, after waking up in bed together, Kaveh asked for you to brush through his hair while he was looking through some sketches again, and that was just the perfect opportunity to execute your plan that has been brewing in your head for the last few days
For a few seconds, you silently brush the comb through his hair, followed by your fingers to smoothen it up again, when you suddenly gasped
"What? What's wrong, (name)?", Kaveh sounded confused at the sudden change in atmosphere, slightly alarmed
"Kaveh.. I think I found a grey hair here.."
"...WHAT? PULL IT OUT! PULL IT OUT!", he screamed.
This couldn't be happening! Not yet! He wasn't even THAT old!
You plucked the single hair out like he requested. And while it was just a normal, blonde strand of hair like the rest of it, Kaveh was an expert in stressing himself out so much that he actually thought to see it as well
"No, no, no, no!"
He began pacing through the room, trying to think of a solution. This couldn't be happening!
You almost couldn't hold back your laughter, but when Kaveh suddenly ran out of the room, completely forgetting about anything else, you knew that you might have messed up a little bit with your prank...
Zhongli
You and Zhongli were laying on the couch, his head rested in your lap as you massaged through his scalp
The events of the day had tired him out more than usually and you noticed that as soon as he came through the door of your shared home
so, you offered to help him relax a bit. You made him a cup of his favourite tea and were now spoiling him with this incredible massage, he felt like all his dreams had come true at once
his eyes were closed, humming from time to time, telling you just how much he enjoyed this
"Hmm..", you let out after some time of you being quiet. Zhongli rose an eyebrow at that, but otherwise remained as he was
when nothing else came from you, he opened one of his eyes, staring up at you
"Is something the matter, darling?"
"Hmm? Oh, not really.. I just noticed, you seem to have gotten a few grey hairs.."
Your tone was gentle and you kept up the relaxing movements through his hair
"Ahh.. Is that so?", Zhongli quietly spoke, closing his eyes again
"So it seems that the wheel of time is finally catching up to me, as well."
"...Are you bothered by it?", you ask, carefully, not knowing how he would react to that revelation
"Not at all. This is just how things are supposed to be. I don't mind it at all."
And he meant that. He couldn't be bothered by his hair turning a different colour, when everything else in his life was just perfect...
Kazuha
You and Kazuha were currently on board of the Alchor, making their way back to Inazuma
You had decided to accompany him on one of his travels and it has truly been one of the most amazing experiences in your entire life
The things you got to see during your travels, the people you interacted with, and the memories you made together with Kazuha.. it would surely stay in your mind forever
Currently, you were both out on the deck, just looking out into the distance, silently enjoying each others company
normally, you would sit with your back against Kazuha's chest, his arms would be around you while he simply held you like this. Sometimes he would kiss your hair and other times, he would tell you a poem that he just came up with. You cherished those peaceful moments with him
This time however, your roles were reversed, with Kazuha sitting with his back against your chest, half sitting against you and half laying in your lap, while you gently stroke through his hair
he wasn't really thinking about anything in this moment, instead enjoyed the gentle breeze of the wind and your touch in his hair.. surely this must be what heaven felt like
he was sighing every now and then with content and each time, you smiled at the sound, glad that he was enjoying this
then, one time, when you took your hand out of his hair to put it to a different position, you noticed a few loose strands of hair caught between your fingers
you pulled them out and stared at them a bit.. something felt off about it somehow..
"Kazuha.. is your hair starting to grow grey?"
At first, he wasn't sure if he heard you right. He opened his eyes, only to find a serious expression on your face
You really weren't joking...
"My dear...", he only said, sighing a bit
"What?", you asked, feeling a bit offended at his tone. You looked at him a few more seconds until you realized it..
your eyes grew wide and Kazuha knew you finally got it, a sly grin making it's way on his lips
"Oh...", was all you said, embarrassed that you forgot something like that
Kazuha just smiled, but said nothing further about it, just closing his eyes again as you continued with what you were doing before
Would he ever let you live that down? ...No, of course not...

yet secretly, deep inside, he feels insanely proud that you think of him like that and that you're not shy to openly admit that
would wait until you two are alone again, before he - very shyly and unsure of himself - would ask you if you actually meant what you said
if you feel like teasing him, smile and ask him what he's talking about. He will blush like crazy and walk away, ignoring you for a few hours (or days) until he's calmed down again
but if you don't want to tease him, be honest with him. He needs the reassurance more than anything else

Stunned
Like full on, brain stopped working. Insert Windows dial up sound. He's malfunctioning
Staring at you, trying to figure out if he heard you correctly or if his ears have finally started playing pranks on him
and if he did hear you correctly.. next, he's trying to figure out if you really meant it or if YOU are pulling a prank on him
like, full on would never have thought that you would say that about him. Much less to your FRIENDS!
once his brain connected with him again, he's laughing and smiling like an idiot, hugging you tightly and swirling you around in his arms
he's so happy, he feels so happy that he has to let it out somehow, and the best he can think of is to shower you in his undying love and affection!
Thoma
when he hears you say this to your friends, he hesitates with what he was doing for a moment
did... he just hear that right?
his expression is one of shock, but when you look at him as well with an honest, loving smile, he knows that you meant it. With all your heart
his own heart would explode with his love for you right that instant
he's blushing, but smiling like crazy, because to him, it's one of the greatest compliments you've ever given him
for you to have that high of an opinion about him.. Thoma thinks he can die happy now
would hug you without hesitation, no matter what. He holds you tightly, burrying his face against your shoulder, not planning to let go anytime soon
he's so happy right now, he can't contain it anymore. While hugging, he would continue to say "I love you so much" or "Please, say it again"
Thoma's not used to this kind of praise, but hearing it from you? He doesn't think he could ever get enough of it

he turns to look at you, dumbfounded by your previous words
while his brain is processing what you just said, you carry on with the conversation like nothing special just happened
after a few minutes, when his brain catches up with reality again, he looks at you and goes "What did you just say?"
you're confused at first, and it takes you a bit to figure out that he's talking about your comment about him
when you repeat it again, his stare is replaced by a smug, but overjoyed expression as he throws his arms around your shoulders
"You hear that? They think I'm beautiful!", he would loudy proclaim, for everyone within earshot to hear
he's insanely proud of it and he would not shut up about your comment for the next few days, wanting you to tell him again over and over
but can you really blame him? he's insecure about everything about him, so the fact that you said something like that in regards to him? He's gonna cherish your words in his heart, forever
