That moment when I restart my iPhone to get faster wifi on it and end up in iTunes backup hell for the past 2 hours. A few days ago I had to add my work email to my iPhone so that way I can have constant access. Apparently the company's IT settings require a 7-digit passcode and I only had the first 4 digits memorized. And I usually use Touch ID to unlock my iPhone. I am locked out of my iPhone completely with no way to get in, even via iTunes because I still need the stupid 7-digit passcode I forgot entirely. Thankfully my iPhone is back to normal, only lost a weeks worth of saved snapchats.
Lessor learned: never change my passcode again. Or if I do change it again in the future have it written down on a piece of paper in a safe place.
