Ah, no that makes sense!! I do love that we know almost nothing about her, and I'm definitely looking forward to finding out more. I think that I actually probably like her a lot more than I think I do? I think a big part of my 'dislike' of her is that I get sad about her leaving Kvothe all the time, and Kvothe leaving her all the time--from her point of view. There's just so much misunderstanding going on between the two of them that I occasionally get annoyed.

Kingkiller Chronicle :)

This is going to be difficult in an I-have-too-many-feels-about-too-many-characters kind of way… Here goes: 

1. The first character I fell in love with: Kote, not just because he’s one of, like, three characters in the opening chapters. There’s just so much sadness in him and so much potential and so many questions I just… I want to wrap him up in blankets and feed him chocolate and hug him until he can’t stand it anymore and the poor boy just finally cries. He really needs that. Urgh, my poor darling baby prince, what has the world done to you??2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Hm…Elodin. Right when we first meet him he’s unimportant and a bit wacky and strange but then he just…YES. SO MUCH YES. 3. The character everyone else loves that I don’t: Not really applicable because the only character I dislike is Denna, and I think that’s pretty universal in-fandom?4. The character I love that everyone else hates: As much as I dislike Denna, there’s this hopeful part of me that…ships it so hard. I mean, I honestly can’t imagine what Kvothe would be like without her in his life? I take that back, I can, it’s Kote, and I don’t like it I don’t like to see him hurting. So, I like her for Kvothe’s sake, because he likes her. Does that make any sense at all?5. The character I used to love but don’t any longer: Not applicable. At all. There are no characters I dislike (except that part of me that is not fond of Denna). 6. The character I would totally smooch: Wilem. Mm, I love me strong, quiet scriv. With an accent. Who wants nothing more from this world than an endless supply of cake. That’s my boy. 7. The character I’d want to be like: Fela. I love her quiet strength and her fierce intelligence and the way she stands up for herself among all the boys. 8. The character I’d slap: Ambrose. Always Ambrose. Over and over again until his face was as red as his stupid hat.9. A pairing that I love: SIM AND FELA ARE ONE OF MY ULTIMATE OTPs YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW HAPPY I WAS WHEN THEY FINALLY GOT TOGETHER I ACTUALLY SHRIEKED IN EXCITEMENT THEY ARE JUST SO ADORABLE I DON’T HAVE WORDS FOR THEM OTP: KINDLING *CRIES*10. A pairing that I despise: Um…Kvothe/Auri kind of weirds me out? I see them as having such a deep friendship—they’re almost like siblings to me—and shipping them is just…disturbing?
