Ok my friend (whom I have never messaged but I'm sure you won't judge me) I've decided it's time for me to start watching anime and I was wondering if you could suggest some to me and give me a lowdown on like whether it's humour anime or action and what you think would be a good show for me to start with. Oh my, hello friend!! I'm so excited to hear from you and to see that you're interested in anime!

So, everyone's anime experience is different and everyone will like different things-just like with pretty much anything. I've watched anime from every side of the spectrum and so I have a TON of recommendations, but I need to know what sort of genres you're most interested in when it comes to other shows.

Here is the list of all the anime's I've seen (soon to be updated because I'm currently watching 3 others). You should check it out and see if any of the titles and genres look interesting and then you can ask me about specific ones and I'll give you a little synopsis. How does that sound?

Just wondering if you could take a prompt. There are a few kissing booth fics but the majority are of Stiles in the booth. Can you please write Derek (lacrosse captain) being forced by Laura to be in the kissing booth and he tries to scare people out of his line. But then he's major crush Stiles turns up (I dunno if he lines up in Derek's or what but I'm sure you could think of something), thanks xx

OH MY GOD I LOVE KISSING BOOTH FICS. Pretty sure I’ve read all the TW ones there are. I would love to write one, but I do this thing where I say I’m going to do something, and then it never happens because my brain is a fucking troll.

So, tentatively no. BUT, should I get into a writing mood, I shall revisit this prompt. For it is beauuuuutiful, and I agree that Derek needs to be the one having to dole out the smooches this time…

The Lovers: What qualities would your ideal partner have?

Wow, um, I don’t even know. I don’t want to say the generic things “funny, smart, loyal, etc.” so I’ll say that my ideal partner would have to be strange. Not criminally strange, just strange enough to make me feel comfortable being strange around them. Like the level of strange of your average fandom blogger.

Hm. They’d have to be well read on subjects like feminism, sexism, racism, ableism, stuff like that. They’d have to be able to put up with my need for space, solitude, and time to be alone and think. They’d have to be able to fix me food when I don’t feel up to making it myself. They’d have to be accepting of my decision not to have children. They’d have to want to be in a polyamorous relationship and we could try to find a third together.

That’s all I can think of for now.

The Devil: What do you think your worst quality is?

Oh, wow, this is a doozy. I’ve got a lot of bad qualities tbh. My worst, though? Hm.

I’d say my sort of defeatist attitude? Not sure if that’s the right word, but basically, if I think something wont work out, if I think I wont succeed at it, I wont even try. If I size up a situation and my odds aren’t good, I’ll give up. I’ll rationalize to myself that it would be too much effort for too slim chances of success and that it’s not worth it. I really hate that quality about myself because it’s the reason I stopped writing in high school and before that, I LOVED TO WRITE. Okay? Like I had a thick ass binder full of story plans, plotlines, character outlines, all types of shit. Hell, I even wrote poetry. Writing was one of my favorite things to do. I loved it almost as much as I loved reading.

But once I got to high school and saw the writings of kids that were so much better than mine, I quit. I got discouraged and shoved my binder under my bed and never looked at it unless I had to clean under there. I couldn’t bear to throw it away. But for about 6 years now I haven’t really written anything. Not like I used to. All because of my defeatist attitude, if that’s even the right word.

I have to study for finals, so I’m afraid I don’t have time to make anything these days, but once I (hopefully) pass it all, I’ll try to make some. I’m happy to hear you liked those two, by the way. :)

A few weeks ago i watched Pacific Rim because all I could think of was your blog reblogging posts of it and THANK YOU oh my god it was amazing.
