Expanding the homestead flower/herb garden . This has been a project for awhile we had to back fill a Chasm . Then let it set back fill some more etc now this year we will use it exciting. Can’t wait to see all the flowers and the Girls running around picking them . The crew worked hard so we had a lime popsicles break . TFH-0455 Amens Citron This delicious large fig weighs between 114g to 129g on our certified scale. #Amens Citron is like striking the mother lode in its taste profile. It is very juicy, with a interior that can literally can be scooped out as a jam. It has a fruity sweetness with citrus notes that become more forward as you get towards the eye of the fig. It bears a thin skin that melts away as you bite in to the fruit, and has surprisingly light seed crunch. The beautiful color variations on this fig are astounding. Amen’s Citron starts out green, then its topped with a grayish purple, light striping, and sugar cracks. This has been our one of #Burkefamilyfarms favorite fig since #Thefighunter first discovered it.
