General Info

Ivythorn has always been a very purposeful cat. She thinks before she acts and has gained the respect of her clan mates as a warrior and as a deputy. She has an excellent relationship with her leader Viperstar, and sees him as more of a father figure than her own father, Specklefur. She inherited Viperstar’s incredible work ethic, and rarely rests. Ivythorn is often out leading a patrol or on a random patrol with Viperstar, protecting her leader as he ages.

Ivythorn has never had a good relationship with Specklefur. After Bluefoot died in child birth, Ivythorn was left to be raised by a nursery queen. She tried connecting with her father, but he always dismissed her. Things came to a head when Specklefur called Ivythorn a pest and told her to jump in the lake and leave him alone. This caused an irreparable rift between between the two and pushed Ivythorn to see Viperstar as her father figure.

Ivythorn has done her best to avoid the medicine den all her life, but she found herself drawn to her father’s apprentice, Ashstorm. She refused treatment for several wounds, and after they got infected Ivythorn absolutely refused to let Specklefur treat her. She even tried to attack him for coming near her. During the healing process she fell in love with the tom and they became mates after several moons of Ivythorn courting Ashstorm.

Personality

Ivythorn is a critical thinker with an eye for detail. She is hard-working, loyal, and has a very mild temper. She only loses said temper if she is forced to interact with Specklefur or cats in the clan try convincing her to have kits. Ivythorn puts her duty as deputy and her ambitions above all else and is too stubborn to bend to any pressure from anyone.
