I was wondering (and I hope this doesn't make me sound like someone who is impatient and waiting for an upload,) but what is the general time span between when one submits a confession and it gets posted onto the blog?
No, don't worry. This--as opposed to "When are you gonna publish my submission?" or "Have you published it yet? I haven't bothered to check myself"--is a valid and reasonable question.
Unfortunately, there is no definite answer to this question.
It really depends on many different factors, most of which have to do with my life outside tumblr. I am almost done with my fall semester, so things are picking up in school. More school work equals a very busy and tired Marissa, and a busy and tired Marissa is less likely to post a lot of confessions. I am also working on a "secret" project for this blog, which has been taking up a good portion of my free time--I put "secret" in quotes because I have been talking about it on my personal tumblr a little bit so it's not really a secret, I suppose. But I hope to finish it and bring it to the public over Thanksgiving Break. Also, the way in which I choose confessions is pretty random, so there's really no telling what confessions will be posted when even if you ignore the other variables.
I can tell you, however, all the confessions that are in the inbox as of now now, should be up by mid January. I apologize; I know this is not the answer you were looking for, but this is the best estimate I can give you right now.
