The hardest I ever laughed as a kid was watching a melodramatic TV movie of the week when the lead's boyfriend was dramatically rolled into surgery at the break, and the first commercial image was a hearse blasting "Another One Bites the Dust" (no idea what the product was). I howled through the whole commercial break, and when the movie returned it was immediately revealed that the boyfriend had died on the table in surgery. Friends. I nearly threw up from laughing so hard and this amazing sequence has stayed in my memories decades later.

Not auite as funny as yours, but I'll never forget one time I was listening to Paul Harvey on the radio (yeah, I'm old) and the last story of the segment before the advertising break was about Japanese ships that were suspected of illegal whaling in international waters.
