You theorized about Mikasa ending with Jean and having children so there is that I guess.
I think people are taking this way too seriously. Lol.
Like, really, Isayama stood by his theme and regretted not going harder on it with Armin. These are the same translators who literally translated this as saying Isayama regretted writing the entire theme and ending which was not what was said at all. If there is any truth to these, I highly doubt it’ll retcon the entire ending but instead reinforce it.
All that to say, Yams has earned my trust thematically while these leakers really have not, so I’m gonna wait and see.
