      The journal given to her by Fairy Godmother has pages and pages filled with Colette’s opinion and thoughts about her fellow ‘villain kids’, and Mal takes up quite a large section as well.

    Colette admired Mal to a point. She seemed fearless and that was admirable, not afraid to take what she wanted when she wanted, and had earned the respect of practically all of the other isle children, not to mention one of her brothers had a thing for the violet haired teen. Little of the writings were intentionally negative. Some simple observations, most about her mother.

    But one thing is that magic makes Colette a bit uncomfortable, so there’s a lot about that subject as well.
