How about starting with introducing your main characters? Leena and Kayden are such a good duo, after all.
Well, we have Leena, a woman haunted by her past choices and a little extra on the side. She fights to uphold an ancient duty while caring for her ward. People who meet her find her intimidating at first but there is a heart below the appearance, warm, strong and a little mischievous.
And Kayden, a child under Leena's care who doesn't remember his past and bares the scars of it. He is adventurous and spirited boy who wants to know about the world, even though he cannot see it.
