1. What’s an important lesson your muse has learned over the past few years and how has that changed the way they live?

Well, it’s all happened more recently. Izuili has gotten to know more people and actually gotten close to them, learning that people are more than tools for him to use for his own gain. He will still go lengths to get what he wants, but it has somewhat of a line now.

It has made him listen for more than the sake of having information and it’s made him care more about others. Its also helping him be less possessive over his things.

2. How does the time your muse lives in influence their lifestyle? Are they happy they’re born in their time, or do they fantasise about a different era?

Izuili doesn’t really care about the time, though he wouldn’t really want to live too long in the past because he enjoys the world as it is. Though he would probably be interested in the time before the genocide of the limebloods.

And possibly about if things were different before the current empress.Otherwise hes fine with the time he’s living in.

5. Does your muse have any irrational fears that hold them back in life? Do they come from experience (trauma) or is it, for instance, part of a belief system they have?

Well, his fear of filth and germs. It slightly hinders him as he’s very reluctant to let anyone help him medically or eat any food that he hasn’t made himself.He’s been risking it more as he’s grown up, but he’s far from getting over it.This started in his grubhood as he was abandoned by his lusus before he could properly take care of himself, so he had to steal and watch his neighbors for survival. 

Because of that he also had to eat trash and other unspecified things.Today he has an excellent immune system, but paranoia and fear hold him back.

Because of his grubhood with his parental figure leaving after Izuili’s pupating he has problems with loss, which has mostly led to him being greedy and possessive over his things. Now that he’s gotten close to people he’s also growing slightly possessive over them as well, but at the same time less possessive over his things.

13. When faced with a tricky situation will your muse be proactive or passive? Will they, for instance, try to get involved when they’re not or will they try to get away when they are?

Izuili is very proactive, even more so now than before. But most often he will assess a situation before doing anything. About getting involved when he has nothing to do with it depends on if he thinks he could make a difference and get out safe, it also depends on if it clashes with his morals and how much it bothers him.

For example, thievery doesn’t bother him since he is one, but he does feel slightly ashamed over it now. He also knows that sometimes you have to do certain things if you are to survive.
