how comfortable is your júlien in his skin? does he like who he is? what would he want to change about himself? i think júlien is very comfortable in himself!! it's really normal for people in his world to be born with disabilities or 'abnormal' bodies so i dont think beauty/body standards would look at all the same as they do to us. i think any shame he'd feel about needing to walk on all fours or being pretty short would be outweighed by how much he likes having a ~15ft vertical leap. he also probably likes himself perfectly well; he's strong, fast, good at his job, and has pretty nice social life. in terms of physical things he'd change, his main focus would probably be a phalloplasty (his job requires heavy lifting + 24/7 availability so. not ideal) but otherwise i think hes pretty happy with everything he has going on. i think he wishes he were a little more of a social butterfly though, and i think he wishes he didnt get leg pain. but he likes himself

does your júlien have any physical scars? what's the story behind them? well he had top surgery prob about 6-8yrs ago at the time of his canon so those are there! otherwise, he's probably got plenty of old scars all over (at least where his armor doesnt cover) from work and training. nothing major enough for me to draw every time lol

what are some of your kerlu's coping mechanisms during stressful or overwhelming periods in her life? her baseline for 'stressful and overwhelming' is really high and she kinda doesnt have TIME to cope. her stressful situations are very immediate (eg being chased by the first beast or attacked by starvelet) and she doesnt particularly get overwhelmed until gogi dies. i think she's probably pretty avoidant; she has the single minded goal of finding 'real people' and if she can devote her whole mind to that, then she doesn't have to think about the possibility of being killed by someone more desperate, or about how much she misses gogi. so bref: avoidance and denial.

what are kerlu's bad habits? she has a spot on her arm that she always scratches :] it's kind of a pensive habit but i think it leaves that patch of skin kinda raw. her obsessive and repetitive thouhts about 'people' are also probably classifiable as a bad habit
