It's both very strange and very interesting to think as a writer...I don't fully have the words to express certain things about my JDCAU Smoon beans
Like...split control, how control in general and their mind space as a whole functions. I've dabbled in trying to express bits of it, cause I KNOW how it functions, the general FEELINGS of it, but there's a level of...intangibility that makes it hard to express (My writober prompt 'dreamscape' and a few linked ones to do with the virus touch on this best)
I know what I was trying to express, but I do not know how well I was able to express something...intangible as their mindscape, control, how they function in tandem.
And the other thing alongside this would be them, them as a whole, their relationship.
I had originally wanted to portray them ambiguously, a sense of love and ever present support for the other but not explicitly romantic, platonic, queerplatonic or familial. Instead to be left to the readers interpretation
But isn't entirely true at the same time. They DO have a relationship of a sense, but there is again a certain...intangibility to it that can't be expressed.
They are two and they are one, they are one as they are two. Two halves to make a whole, individuals that complete the other.
Interwoven to the very base coding of their beings, inseparable on a base level.
It is nothing and it is everything, they are everything to each other just as they are each other and not.
Like I said, there is no words to express it, the sense of intangibility that is them as a whole.
They greatly contrast Bunny and Moo who are of the same universe, as they are individuals (this shows as they chose to separate) important to each other, able to fall back on their other and be supported but...they aren't each other, they are partners, companions, a support network, but not the same.
The only ones even CLOSE to Sunny and Moony's relationship is the Celestials, but even then it's not the same.
They are each others half, interwoven beings by creation, created to be together in place of the ones that made them that can't be together. Together is how they are meant to be, they are not related, but they are connected in place of their creators love for another.
And to think this ramble was caused from trying to answer how Sunny and Moony's split control works and 6am musings.
