Jack was just walking down the hallway to check on some of the animatronics, although he was more of a night guard- well a swing shift guard, he tend to make sure the mechanics that were on during the day didn’t mess up any of the systems.
He flinched, not expecting to hear a voice. It wasn’t an animatronic nor one he recognised. He raised a eyebrow before he spoke.
“Err.. I guess they’re pretty cool, course that depends on the type of ghost you mean” he replied.
“Are there really different kinds of ghosts, or do they just act differently?”
Not a hint of ill-intent lingered in the owner-less voice. It sounded legitimately curious, probably because it was. And yet the surrounding area remained void of any other visible human beings. How interesting. “It sounds like a neat thing to study, but I don’t think I could do that anymore.”
A lone pair of hovering eyes did appear however, blank and softly glowing. Their owner didn’t mind being only partially visible.
“Who are you, by the way? I’m not actually here very often.”
