Idea 1. Underground vines
Using the idea of spreading happiness and joy underground as a way of creating a more pleasant
experience for travellers, the idea is to use advertising forms such as billboards and video clips to
make people laugh whilst on an underground platform. By playing the 20 best video vines on
youtube daily, not only does it promote individuals videos but also provides entertainment for the
public in an uplifting non offensive way, thus spreading good vibes all over london’s underground.
Things to consider
1) when using videos it is important that they are not private ones and that they are from a public
site such as youtube, this is for legal reasons.
2) When using videos it is important that none of the content of these videos is, threatening,
violent, sexual, racist, sexist or related to abuse or substance abuse of any sort.
3) Videos from you've been framed are the ideal example of what we should be using.
4) Using youtube do we need to form a partnership with them? For example can we use the word
tube to link both the underground and youtube in our campaign.
5) realistically will we need to use adverts in-between youtube videos? to pay for funding of the
idea (for the long run outcome)
