🎥 Video Review Tutorial 🎥 Next item I was sent for review from @beautybigbangnail was this Rainbow Holographic pigment powder ID #J2427 I applied this over a black base to begin with, but I believe that my technique just wasn't working and it made the powder look patchy. So I tried again using a white base and I think it turned out great. The thing I tried different (except the base color) was that I used less powder and rubbed the powder with a very light touch. Less pressure with same direction strokes worked much better. I used #yellowstopper over my base color and Used a waterbased Topcoat as well as a quick dry Topcoat. This pigment is finer than others I've tried before and works very well.
