* Nick cannot speak a word of Welsh, so he has temporarily borrowed his phone back from N for a moment. Opening the RotomTranslate app on his phone, he types a message into his phone. Nick presses the language options on his phone, selects Welsh as the translation language, and attempts to repeat what he's reading.
(Nick, trying to speak Welsh according to his phone's translation)
Uhh, p-prynhawn da Jac.
* He believes he has butchered the pronunciation entirely, but he only probably has. Nick inputs another message into his phone.
Phone: I know you cannot speak English, but are you able to read or write it?
* This time, he swaps it back and forth to make sure it keeps it's syntax, it does, though "are you able to" becomes "can you" which is basically the same thing anyways. He presses the speak button on the translation side of the translator, and suddenly, the Rotom part of his phone starts talking. It sounds like the RotomDex's voice from the English dub of the Sun/Moon Anime, as if he were speaking Welsh almost flawlessly, given room for error of technology.
(RotomPhone) Rwy'n gwybod na allwch siarad Saesneg, ond a allwch ei ddarllen neu ei ysgrifennu?
* Nick swapped the languages once more, and pressed the record audio button for Jac to reply.
Jac looked up from his reading a bit confused for moment before noticing the phone, “Ble cawsoch chi un o'r rhain?” Jac squeaked, "Mae'n ddrwg gennyf, rwy'n tueddu i gynhyrfu ychydig â thechnoleg, beth bynnag mae darllen testunau Saesneg yn broses araf mae'n rhaid i mi gyfieithu tua hanner yr hyn a ddarllenais er mwyn ei ddeall."
