To the three wonderful people still reading my Kanera stuff:

I’m working on updates! I took a break from revising the Hera & Kanan pre-Rebels one and went back to the Calera AU (”Darker the Night”). I also started working on a Hera and Jacen one shot (maybe it’s a one shot...I have like at least six fics I want to be working on, and adding another multi-chapter fic sounds like sheer idiocy).

Here’s a tiny snippet from the Hera and Jacen one:

“We’re looking for information about former Jedi,” Hera told the librarian.

The elderly Ishi Tib blinked at them slowly. “We do have some information. Unfortunately, most of the information about Jedi who were deceased prior to the fall of the Republic was destroyed. We do have slightly more comprehensive information about Jedi who were alive just prior to the destruction of the Order, however.”

And here’s a tiny snippet from “Darker the Night”:

No pings on the scanner. Hera felt more excited than nervous. There was no way to really anticipate what she was up against, but she wasn’t unduly concerned. The stakes were low and if nothing else, it would be an incredible learning experience.

Out of nowhere, he was on her.

I mean, it isn’t- but I wanted it to be.

Unfortunately, I have a bunch of other bullshit to attend to right now, but I will *try* to get one of these things finished tonight. Why can’t someone pay me to sit around in my pajamas and write Kanera fic all day every day???
