Do you guys know the heartbreakers? 

I see y/n walking with another guy from the bar. He is the usual type, tall and muscular. I see her using the normal tricks, a touch on the arm or bitten lip. When the conversation goes sour, she walks back to us. “He’s cute y/n.” Madison says “Nah I’m kinda sick of the idiots.” She says sitting next to me. “You really are a heartbreaker. Aren't you?” I whisper in her ear and with a bite of lip, I couldn’t stop staring...

The girls who seem easy going and funny. Somehow you meet them and you are so lucky. 

“And I’m halfway through the doggy door when, Kat just opens the door. Moving me along with it. I do some roll into the kitchen. They’re all just staring at me and shaking their heads. I was like ‘I was really thirsty’.” She said I was having a bad day so y/n came over to cheer me up. With in minutes she had me crying because I was laughing so hard. We sit there in a comfortable silence for a few moments. “Jack?” “Yea?” “What happened today?” “I have finally come to realize that Gilinsky is always going be the best. The more known one.” “Hey Jack?” “Yea y/n?” “You will always be the best to me.” In that moment I have never felt so lucky to be with a person. 

The way you talk seems to go for hours and it only feels like minutes. 

Nate was throwing a party for god knows why. He will seriously find any reason to get high and get laid. It was the usual of sweaty bodies and drunk hookups that almost felt welcoming. After a few songs I step outside to get fresh air. “Come to join?” Y/n asks, sitting at the edge of the pool. “What are you doing out here, don’t you have some hookup record you need to fulfill?” “I’m not in the mood tonight.” She said “Well neither am I.” “Don’t you ever get bored of this life? The constant parties and kissing strangers. Searching for god knows and for reasons that only god knows why. It just feels like overtime I can’t help if there’s more.” “Well what do you want?” “I want a guy that will take me out. I want someone to look at me and think that he is so lucky.” If you only knew...   A few hours later it’s last call. “Y/n and Jack come help me clean up it’s three am.” We had been talking for almost four hours...

And now matter how hard you hang to the cliff and say ‘I can’t jump’, you end up falling anyway. 

I’ve finally come to terms that I, Jack Johnson, am falling for Y/n Y/l/n.  Because not only was she beautiful and talented. But she knows me. Not the Jack and Jack me, she knows the creases and folds. I’ve fallen for the perfect heartbreaker and I'm ready to dive headfirst.

“"Jack are you coming?” “"Yea just hold up a sec, I want to talk.” “"Ok what's up?” “"I like you y/n a lot. I like that I can talk to you forever and I like how easy it is to be around you. I know you don't date but let me be the guy that gets to think he is lucky. Please.” She just stares at me. It takes her a moment but she walks up to me and place her lips onto mine. The kiss felt too short, when she pulled away. “"It took you long enough.”
