Our Northwest old-time music community lost a great friend with the passing of Jack Link. Here he is singing and playing fiddle with Tex Jackson and the Panhandlers ("Blues for Dixie") at the Western Swing Society in the 1980s. Warren Argo, another friend lost too soon, is on banjo. Both Jack and Warren were also known for their playing in the Gypsy Gyppo String Band.
