Found on my way into work this morning: a Jack Sikma basketball card from 1991. He was a longtime Seattle Supersonic and Milwaukee Buck, played in seven All-Star games and won it all with the Sonics in 1979. And now he's tucked inside my notebook.

How one simple question spawned Sonics great Jack Sikma’s Basketball Hall of Fame campaign

Jack Sikma, who became eligible for the Hall of Fame in 1994, went largely forgotten for nearly two decades. So what changed? Well, it started with a simple question from a former teammate.

Another nice piece on small college basketball legend Jack Sikma, who is being inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.  Sikma, who played at Illinois Wesleyan (they were an NAIA program when Sikma played, and has since become an NCAA Division III program), was inducted into the second-ever class of the Small College Basketball National Hall of Fame in 2017.
