so y/n and jack have been together for six months not a long time but jack feels that y/n is the best thing happened to him after his breakup and with the stress of the band basically everything so he decided it was finally time that y/n get to meet lavy and for pt2 of this imagine is when they take lavy to Disneyland and jack tells her he loves her and maybe give her a promise ring

Disneyland Pt.1 (j.a.)

“What should I do with my hair?” you asked honestly, standing behind the vanity with your box of hair tools on the table-top. Jack stood behind you as he got ready himself. “Should I curl it, or straighten it or-”

“Y/n,” He chuckled breathily, glancing at you through the reflection of the mirror. “she’s not going to be too focused on your hair, my love.” He focused back on combing out his damp hair, one hand gripping the comb to steadily sweep through his brunette curls and the other glinting brightly in the shaft of late morning sun from the open bathroom window.

Jack wanted to look his absolute best for his two favourite people. You and Lavender were two of the most precious people to him in the world. The two people that saved him, even though Lavender was only little. Becoming a father was beyond scary but she turned out to be his lighthouse in stormy seas, the beams of light illuminating the path to happiness when he thought there wasn’t one. Things had changed greatly since she was born, but he couldn’t have been happier to experience life with her. And you were his anchor, keeping him safe and level-headed through the high and low waves of his life even before you were officially dating. You made it official six months ago, and throughout those months Jack had watched you take care of him in every situation. From helping him with chores to cooking him meals to simply asking if he was doing okay. It was the simple details in your presence that really solidified you were his one and only. 

When you weren’t there, Lavender was the one keeping him happy when others couldn’t. Her missing toothed grin would send a million sparks of joy into him with every second his gaze would linger, and the little polaroid stuck on his bathroom mirror never let him forget just how grateful he was for her. The times she’d be living with her mother would still be as amazing - Facetimes and phone calls would be his favourite moment of the day. He knew that with you two by his side, today would be one of the best days in a while.

“What about my outfit?” You turned to Jack, resting your hands on your hips. “It’s cute, right?” you asked, dropping your gaze to peer down at your chosen attire. 

“Yes, you’re always cute.” He smiled, dropping the comb back into the drawer. He took a few steps towards you, outstretching his arms for a cuddle. You let him rest his arms lazily around your waist and with his chin hovering upon your head, he placed a kiss to your scalp. “And look, it even has the colour lavender in it.” You grinned proudly up at him. Jack saw the lavender patches of the cardigan draped loosely over your shoulders, emphasising how much thought you put into this whole thing. 

“I see,” Jack laughed lightly, placing another kiss on your forehead. 

“I just hope she likes me; you know?”

“She will, Y/n. She’s a simple toddler.” He chuckled, “she likes ice-cream and cuddles and toys.” He let out a breathy laugh, gazing towards you with a soothing smile. 

Jack’s smile was so familiar, from the dimples indenting his cheeks to the scrunching of his brown eyes you could stare into for hours. But his shining smile when he saw his daughter? That was a sight you could never get bored of. Of course, it wasn’t the first time you’d seen a moment like that, but it was her first time seeing it in person. The two of them meeting each other for another time - interlocking eyes and sharing identical smiles. 

On the wooden dining room chair, Lavender sat beside her grandma, finishing up her brunch snack. Her legs kicked the air, swinging back and forth and almost mirroring an image of yours and Jack’s internal excitement. 

“Lavy!” Jack beamed, opening the door wide for Y/n to walk in before he even greeted his daughter with a hug. A fraction of a second later, Lavender’s little head shot up from her plate, her surprised eyes now glued to her father’s. She wrung her hands in excitement, squealing “Dada!” 

The height of the chair from the ground had her rooted in her spot until Jack’s mom hopped off her seat to help her down. “I missed you, baby!” Jack exclaimed as her little body bumped into his. He lifted her up to his chest and wreathed his tattooed arms around her. “Oh, how I missed you,” He sang quietly, sinking his head lightly into her shoulder with gentle kisses pressed over her  shirt. Lavender’s giggles filled the air, spreading joy to Jack and his mom.

You watched silently a few paces away, letting your mix of happy and nervous thoughts grow. The vague smile playing at your lips barely masked the nervousness within you and it almost felt as though you had to perk up your lips before they drooped down again. Jack’s mom had made her way over to you while the other two basked in their sweet moment of reunion. 

“Y/n,” She greeted softly, holding out her hands for a hug. 

You turned to her. “Hi!” sighing in relief now that you had some sort of distraction from your cloudy mind. 

“It’s so nice to see you again.” Kristin spoke as you two pulled back. Her arm remained on your back as she guided the pair of you towards the dining table. 

“I’ve missed you.” you admitted timidly, taking a seat at the table, legs slightly angled towards the other two. Jack’s mom breezed around the place as she gathered the plates from the table. “I’ve missed you too.” She replied. You let her gaze linger on your boyfriend on the couch with his daughter on his lap. You noticed Lavender’s delicate stare and mustered up the courage to wave. The corners of Lavender’s lips twitched upwards even more in response.   

“Are they always this cute?” You asked, looking back at Kristin as she sat down next to you. 

“You best believe it.” She spoke into her mug. “No matter how much time they’d spent apart they are always so excited to see each other.” In the short time you looked away, Jack had snuck up behind her with Lavy still wrapped in his arms cosily. Her head nestled further into his shoulder as he spoke. 

“Lavy,” Jack beamed. You whipped her head back at the sweet sound of her name and grinned happily. 

“Say hi to Y/n,” he said. “Give her a hug.” Jack whispered into her ear, sneaking a glance at you who was merely watching Lavender’s face lit up at his quiet words. She giggled innocently as if he shared a sacred secret only the two of them could know. Jack lowered her to the floor again.

“Hey Lavender.” You said as steadily as she could, feeling the nervousness bubble up in the small silence. You angled herself towards Lavender and hunched your shoulders a little. With little steps tapping along the floor, Lavender inched closer to your legs. 

“Hi, Y/n.” She said, balling her hands into fists shyly. Her ever so sweet voice sent smiles and quiet giggles falling from your lips. You snapped your head to Jack almost instantly as if to tell him what just happened like he wasn’t just watching it. Lavender looked back at him too, and following a small nod from her father, Lavender stretched her arms out to hug you. Her arms barely reached over but even still; you couldn’t hide her pout at Lavender’s unexpected sweetness. She lifted her up a little and they shared a quick smile. 

“You are just the sweetest little girl,” you cooed, lowering her to the floor. 

“Yeah,” Lavender replied, stepping backwards to Jack again shyly. Light laughter flourished over the three of you momentarily before you and Jack exchanged happy glances. You were especially relieved.

The Newbie Part 1~ Jack Avery Fanfic

~noon time on a Friday~

Kenna walks into her studio ready for another day of filming and shirtless guys. She would normally film 3-4 videos a day but sometimes she got lucky with only 1 or 2. As she walked towards her dressing room, her director, John, ran up and stopped her. 

John: Just who I was looking for. I need to talk to you about something.

Kenna looked up at him while tilting her head. Being 5′5 and talking to someone who is 5′11 wasn’t very easy. Her eyes scanned his body slyly before she made eye contact with him again. It wasn’t much of a secret around the studio that Kenna and John were hooking up since it had been going on for a few weeks now. It wasn’t that Kenna had feelings for John but the fact that he was there for her in one of her weakest moments and they have continued hooking up since. He wasn’t as rude as the other guys were to her, but he did hurt her a few times while having fun or he gets to rough while they are doing it. She chewed the inside of her lip gently before answering,

Kenna: What’s up? Everything okay?

She asked as she turned her body to face him, her arms crossed and bag slung over her shoulder. John smiles as he stared down at the tiny women standing in front of him, 

John: Yeah, everything is fine. I just wanted to let you know you have a new filming partner today. His name is Jack, he’s 23 and he’ll be here any minute so I would hurry up and get ready if I was you. 

Kenna nodded her head, tucking her hair behind her ear. 

Kenna: Okay, thank you. I’ll be out soon

She smiled softly as she started heading for the dressing room, John stopping her once again by grabbing her waist gently and pulling her to his chest. He gently placed his lips on hers, feeling like a feather. He pulled away after a minute and smiled a crooked smile,

John: Sorry just had to give you beautiful lips a good afternoon kiss. I’ll see you out there.

Kenna pushed her hair back as she watched John walk away. She shook her head as she walked into her dressing room. She laid out her outfits and all the tools she needed for her makeup and hair, which was a lot. The directors always had an exact picture of how she should be dressed for every film she makes. She sighed softly, sitting down in front of her vanity and starting to do her makeup.

Once her makeup was finished, she moved on to styling her hair. She wasn’t going to do something crazy since hair is always the first thing that gets messed up when filming so she keeps it simple by doing two Dutch braids.

After getting her look perfected, it was time for Kenna to get changed into the outfit she would be wearing for the first film. She had many different outfits but wanted to impress this new guy, hoping he wasn’t a creep like the rest and that she would actually get along with him. She looked through her outfits before landing on red lace lingerie, something she has rarely worn. She knew that if she wore it, it would irritate John but they weren’t dating and only hooking up, plus she can wear what she wants.

As soon as Kenna was done getting ready, she put her robe on and walked out to find John and the new guy...what was his name again? Jake? She shook her head, giggling slightly at herself for not remembering. She found John by the exit, his back facing her. She made her way over and cleared her throat slightly to get his attention. He quickly turned around, smiling a bit. As Kenna looked at him, she saw this handsome young guy behind him. Well, she could only assume he’s handsome because John was covering half his face with his body. 

John: Oh! There you are! I was just coming to find you. This is Jack, 

He tells her as he steps to the side, revealing the human who was hidden behind him. That was his name! Her mind screamed after hearing his name, how could you forget that name ever again after seeing him?! Kenna’s eyes studied the guy in front of her, smiling slightly she introduced herself, 

Kenna: Hi! I’m Kenna, it’s so nice to be working with you today. 

Jack smiled as he kept his eyes on her face. His smile was warm and kind but you could tell he was nervous. He extended his hand towards her,

Jack: Nice to meet you. I should really say it’s an honor to be working with you. You are famous and all. 

He admits as he chuckles nervously. Kenna giggled as she nodded, 

Kenna: I guess you could say that 

She shrugged as she held her robe closed. John cleared his throat, 

John: Well now that you guys met each other let’s get to filming. Jack if you’d follow us

John says without another word and starts heading off to the area they are filming at. Kenna smiles as she walks next to Jack, looking over at him. He wasn’t as tall as John but also wasn’t as short as she was, making it easier for her to look at him. She scrambled her brain to find questions to ask but he started talking before she settled on one. 

Jack: So, i’m new to this whole..thing so i’m sorry if i mess up. If anything happens that hurts you please let me know, i would hate to hurt you. 

He says softly, looking down at the floor. Kenna’s heart melts. He is so sweet and...pure and caring. He doesn’t even know he yet and he’s already trying to look out for her, unlike everyone else. She can’t help but smile, her eyes lighting up but looking away as she answers him. 

Kenna: There’s no way you could mess this up,

She reassures him.

Kenna: I can pretty much handle anything but I’ll let you know if I get hurt...Thank you that was really sweet. Not many guys are like that.

Jack’s brows furrow as he listens to her talk, glancing over at the beautiful girl beside hime.

Jack: They aren’t? 

Kenna shakes her head, opening her mouth to answer but being interrupted by John, who was now facing them and irritated look on his face. 

John: Okay so, you both know what the setting is for the film. Kenna you’re gonna start on the bed and Jack will walk in on you. Jack, go stand off to the side of the filming spot.

Jack nods,  smiling slightly at Kenna before walking over to place he was told to. Kenna takes her robe off and starts heading for the bed, stopping when John grabs her arm. He looks down at her, moving his face extremely close to hers.

John: You better not enjoy this 

He said quietly, jealousy lacing his words. Kenna looked at him and rolled her eyes,

Kenna: We are not a couple. I can do whatever I want. Just cause we hook up doesn’t mean I have to hate the sex I film

She said sternly before pulling away and walking to the bed. She shakes her head, trying to get John out of her mind and focus on Jack. She lays down on the bed, gently running her hands over her body and closing her eyes. She couldn’t help but imagine what Jack was gonna be like, now she just needed to wait on him.

i’m really disappointed in jonah

I hate how he technically threw jack under the bus for saying that it’s stupid for fans to dig up old tweets and trying to hold them accountable for them because what Jack did was right. He was trying to draw a line when fans starting to create huge unnecessary drama online over something the boys said when they were young and naive like all of us once were. Yes, I get it, what they said might be offensive to some people but if you’re seriously getting hurt over something that was posted on social media, I personally think that you shouldn’t be on it in the first place.

Before you attack me saying about how I would never understand what the POCs feel, I would like to say that I’m not white. As a matter of fact, I’m a Chinese which I just realised are actually considered as POCs too? 

My main point is—It’s incredibly wrong for fans to violate the privacy of their idols by digging up their old tweets and have been trying to cancel them because of that, even though they actually apologised but apparently most of the fans considered their apology to be insincere like wth? You guys should be grateful that they even responded to your requests for an apology because the reality is we are nothing more than fans of their music, not their life. We are the ones who chose to stan them so they don’t owe us anything.

Yes, they might not be as famous as they are now if it wasn’t for us fans but that doesn’t mean because we help them to pay their bills, we have the right to mind their businesses as well. Bear in mind that they, too, are human beings just like every single one of us, which means that they have feelings too and we will accomplish nothing but worsen their mental health if we keep bringing them down for something stupid that they did in the past. Plus, I’m sure that you won’t like that if people are doing the same to you too, do you?

It is pretty obvious that the boys have matured a lot over the years and from the fact that they heavily supported all the BLM movements and whatnot last year, it is proven that they have no hatred towards POCs, LGBTQ+, etc. 

As a conclusion, I’m pissed that Jonah (+ Daniel and Corbyn) are doing Jack dirty by claiming that they don’t agree with him although it seemed like they did the opposite in the interview just because fans are mad at them online. I don’t care if they did this because they were afraid of losing fans or streams. In my opinion, this is such unmanly behaviour tch. Plus, I’m also disgusted by all the Twitter limelights. Stop stanning them if you want. That just proves that you’re not a real fan of their talent.

If you disagree with what I said, I’m sorry because I don’t live to please everybody boohoo how sad :’(

It was a nice sunny day in Los, Angles and the boys decided to head to the beach. Jonah invited Tate, Christina, and Gabbie to join us at the beach and have fun together before they go on tour. 

“Yo Jack look at this Instagram post,” Zach said handing Jack the phone. “Oh my god guys come look at this, “ Jack said showing everybody the post. They all looked at the post and it was a picture of Daniel and Martin Short. “I’m sorry Daniel but you look like Martin Short,” Jonah said trying not to laugh at him.

“What? I don’t see it.” Daniel says taking the phone away from Jonah. Daniel kept looking at the photo of him and Martin Short. Everyone was trying to hold in their laughter but they couldn’t. “I’m going into the water,” Daniel says walking toward the water. “Okay Short don’t go out too far,” Tate says laughing. 

“And I thought you were the smart one,” Daniel says joking. Everyone decides to go into the water too. “Do I really look like him?”Daniel asked looking the post again. “I will be honest with you Daniel you do look like Martin Short,” Christina says trying not to laugh. “Why is it so funny?” Daniel asked. “Because you have mustard on your forehead from lunch,” Gabbie said laughing at him. “ I HAVE BEEN WALKING AROUND LIKE THIS FOR HOURS,” Daniel yells at them. “Ya sorry man we thought you knew,” Corbyn said laughing at him while wiping the mustard off of his forehead.
