"Jamaica, land we love!" 🇯🇲 If you know me, you know I'm definitely proud to be of Jamaican ancestry, everything about that island and culture makes me, me, from my attitude, to my hips and the way they naturally wine? I'm a yardie by default, a product of my mama and pupa lol. Lately the phone calls between my mummy and me consists of recipe advice and tips on authentic Jamaican cuisine, I know it makes her happy, she's never been one to hide where she came from, she's always made sure I loved my identity outside of American culture.
