I cooked Mexican since I forgot to defrost the beef I had on Cinco de Mayo. I made Birria de Res con consomé ❤️😭! Let me tell you, Mexican food is some of the HARDEST foods to cook! It’s so intricate, so many steps that cannot be skipped, so many details and layers for the flavor. I almost messed up but thank God to a Mexican mami named Martha, I was able to correct my error and everything came out fabulous!!! The flavor! Omg to go with the tacos I made guacamole, homemade salsa and avocado-tomatillo Crema! You should have been there!
