Jake and Jack had been out on a sort of date of sorts. They went outside to wait for a taxi or driver to pick them up, Jake wasn’t sure. It didn’t matter though, that didn’t seem to be happening anyway. They were in some alleyway, Jake pressed up against the wall as he kissed the man back, heart pounding, ‘Someone will see...’

{ Irritation burned through his veins as he left the night club, thirst sated but patience thin. The woman he had drunk from had been utterly embarrassing and with Jim keeping an eye on his kills he wasn’t left with much option. He had to be careful, any attention brought to Moriary who was supposed to be dead wasn’t worth thinking about but urgh what he wouldn’t give right now to kill…

It was his only thought - until he heard the sound of movement nearby, fangs popping out before he even consider the owner of the beating heart-beat nearby; ah. Him. } ‘Anyone told you what lurks in the dark, pet?’

“Jackie, long time no see...            Tell me, did you miss me, hmm?”

“Just go away. I don’t want you here.”

The servant looked with big eyes at him. “But... sir.. whatever you may have seen... It.. wasn’t.... true.. I would never.. sir..” He tried to argue.

“Aaaaand.. sold to bidder 187..” the man announced and Rich got lead away from the stage to the backroom where he was supposed to meet his new owner. They had cleaned him up, checked his health and put him in some tight and not much covering clothing.

He was told to kneel before his new owner arrived and as he heard the door shut he was unsure whether he should speak or not. He just continued to look down on the carpet, a little scared since he hadn’t seen the person who bought him due to the spotlight on stage.

Vega: What’s something you’ve done that you wish you hadn’t?

Honestly, what’s the point in regretting decisions you’ve made? Circumstances prompted said response, and if you put thought into it at the moment, it must have made sense at the time. Besides, these dubious twists and turns are the reason for what you see before you. I’m quite pleased with the end result, if I do say so myself. 

It’s the little things, you know? If I hadn’t eaten so much candy around Halloween maybe it’d be easier to work off the autumn weight. If I hadn’t been brutally honest during that conversation, maybe we’d be closer now. If I hadn’t said what was on my mind, maybe that person would still talk to me today. If I hadn’t put my drafts off for so long, maybe I wouldn’t be drowning in them. Things like that. On a pretty regular basis.
