Yk, believe it or not, my favorite MH ship isn't MLM; it's WLW! I don't write abt them cuz I'm a MLM writer (I enjoy writing gay men bc I'm a gay man and I like seeing myself in characters, yk?)

But anyways, it's Abbey x Ghoulia. I find both of them so fuckin cute & I've been insane abt then since the episode Abbey first got introduced.

They're definitely a power couple in the way they're the Brains (ironically) & the Brawn. Ghoulia is super smart but she gets bullied a lot and is often overlooked. Abbey isn't as focused on academics but she doesn't stand bullying at all and would absolutely protect Ghoulia with all her might.

Plus they're very Autism4Autism coded. They both are "outcasts" because they don't communicate in a typical way (Ghoulia speaking in a language often mocked or not understood, and Abbey being unable to catch social cues and coming off as blunt or rude when she doesn't mean to.)

Ghoulia loves to yap about her comics and Abbey is a surprisingly good listener, and loves to hear about the culture here that she isn't familiar with like the movies and games. She doesn't know how to play video games but Ghoulia would teach her and she'd definitely become INSANELY competitive immediately.

Another WLW ship I really like is Draculaura x Clawdeen. Now, I'm gonna be super honest here, I've never been a huge fan of Draculaura. But I also think that's because the men in the show really dull her character and turn into the pick-me that's really hard to watch.

I think her and Clawdeen are two pieces of the same puzzle. They always understand each other and Clawdeen is honestly the only person I think would go great with Draculaura IN MY OPINION!!

And Werewolf x Vampire?? I mean, obviously.

But also think of the angst. Clawdeen having to watch the girl she's always been in love with go out with HER BROTHER! And Draculaura's always asking her for relationship advice, imagine how much that'd hurt.

Real WLW version of the Stacy's Brother trope imo.

And obviously I gotta talk abt my boys Jackson and Deuce. I mean, it'd be weird if I was like uhhh actually the couple I actively write about? Yeah lowkey I've hated them this whole time LMAO.

Honestly they were something that didn't really click in my mind at first but one day I stumbled across it on Tumblr I think. And I was like, HELL yeah!

They're so complex and they make me so sick /pos.

Deuce who's in a borderline abusive relationship that he can't leave and Jackson who has never felt valued in a relationship before. Deuce who's half normie so he's seen the struggle first hand in his family and now sees it happening with Jackson. Deuce who's almost fully transitioned and Jackson who can't transition at all. Deuce who helps him feel more confident in his own body. Deuce who has fragile masculinity and Jackson who's much more open to exploring with fashion. Deuce who sees the way Jackson is treated by the world and wants to make it a better place for him.

Deuce who wants JACKSON, not Holt, but Jackson can't believe that because he's never the one to truly be wanted.

Anyways. I hate them so much /pos
